Location
Quran Alarm requests access to your device's location solely to calculate accurate Islamic prayer times for your area. Location data is processed entirely on-device — it is never transmitted to any server, stored in any database, or shared with any third party.
Purchases (iOS only)
The iOS version offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock all features, processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, see, or store any payment information directly.
Pricing reference data (iOS only)
The iOS app periodically retrieves a small configuration file from our servers used only to display accurate pricing information. This file contains no personal data and no user identifiers.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- No names, email addresses, or personal identifiers
- No analytics or usage tracking SDKs
- No advertising SDKs or third-party ad networks
- No crash-reporting services that transmit personal data
- No cross-app or cross-website tracking
- No account creation required
3. Data Storage
All app data — including alarm settings, reciter selections, and prayer preferences — is stored on your device only. Nothing is synced to external servers.
4. Children's Privacy
Quran Alarm does not knowingly collect any information from users under the age of 13.
5. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised date at the top.
